NOTE: Steps to open the Printers or Printers and Faxes window may vary depending on how the OS has been configured However, it is possible to quickly find the printers Window by simply searching for Printer or Devices and Printers in any OS If necessary, contact your System Administrator for additional assistance. Windows 7 OS: Windows 8 OS: Windows 8.1 OS: Windows 10 OS: Windows 2003 Server OS: In the Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. In the Classic Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, click on Settings , and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. Windows Server 2012 OS: In the Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. In the Classic Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, click on Settings , and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. Windows Server 2016 OS: In the Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. In the Classic Start Menu Mode: Click on the Start button, click on Settings , and then click on Printers and Faxes . The Printers and Faxes window will be displayed. Click on the Start button, and then click on Control Panel . The Control Panel window will be displayed. Double-click on the Devices and Printers icon. NOTE: If the View by option is set to "Category", click on the View devices and printers link under the Hardware and Sound section. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or click the button on the bottom, left corner of your desktop to launch the Start Screen. Move the mouse pointer to the bottom of the Start Screen, and then click on the Down Arrow to open Apps. Scroll through the list to find and click on Control Panel . Click on View Devices and Printers . Click the Start Screen button. Move the mouse pointer to the bottom of the Start Screen, and then click on the Down Arrow to open Apps. Scroll through the list to find and click on Control Panel . Click on View Devices and Printers . Click on the Start button, and then click on Settings . Click on Devices . At the bottom of the Printers & Scanners category, under Related Settings , click on Devices & Printers .
