Connect to a Wireless Network. Power the Printer Off and On. Print an Embedded (Internal) Page to Determine Whether or Not the Printer is Able to Print Delete any queued print jobs from either the printer or the computer's print spooler and try again. Ping the Printer From Microsoft Windows OS / Apple Macintosh With OS X (10.X). If Using Wifi: Ensure Date and Time are Set Correctly on Access Point/Router If Using Ethernet: Make Sure the Ethernet (Network) Cable on the Back of the Printer is Securely Connected. Ensure the printer and the computer are on the same network. Ensure network settings are correct. If using USB: Do not connect Multiple cables in series Use a single length cable Use a USB 2.0 bi-directional cable that is max 15 feet. Disable Bi Directional Communication Make sure you are using the correct Print Driver. Remove and Re-install the Print Driver Upgrade the Firmware / Software If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
