As of September 16th 2024, personal (Free) accounts for the following Microsoft Based Email Services have moved from App passwords to "Modern Authentication / OAuth", and are not supported on Devices with a Software version below xx.83.11 Service pack (PL8-R10). Note: Outlook Enterprise clients are not currently affected by this change. Unsupported Personal Email Services: Outlook.com Hotmail.com Live.com To Resolve this issue Update your Software to xx.83.11 Service pack (PL8-R10) or higher and Configure OAuth2.0 on the device. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
