Verify the Toner Cartridge is a Genuine Xerox Supply Item. Clean the laser lenses. Remove, Shake, and Reinstall the Required Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge. Remove and Reinstall the Required Color Drum Cartridge (Imaging Unit) Associated With the Problem. Clean the Color Toner Density Sensor See Replacing the Transfer Belt for steps to remove the transfer belt and clean the sensor. Replace the Required Drum Cartridge. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
