Remove and Reinstall the Required Color Drum Cartridge (Imaging Unit) Associated With the Problem. Power the Printer Off, Wait 10 Seconds, Power the Printer On. Replace the Required Drum Cartridge. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
