Fault Code 018-505 appears when an Authenication Failure has occured when attempting to log into the SMB Server. Add an SMB Folder as an Address Book Entry From the Embedded Web Server. Configure DNS Settings Using the Embedded Web Server. Set the Date and Time. Scan from the Device Must Not be Blocked by a Spam Filter or Firewall. Power the Printer On or Off. Update the Printer's Software (Firmware). If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
