Fault Codes 027-504 occurs when an invalid response was detected when attempting to communicate with the SMTP Server. Make Sure the SMTP Server Settings are Configured Correctly. Make Sure the Date and Time is Set Correctly. Make Sure the SMTP Port and Encryption Settings are Set Correctly for the Mail Server. Modify the Default Email Subject name and Message Body. in case the Default Subject and Message Body are getting caught in a SMTP Server Spam Filter. Power the Printer On or Off. Perform a Telnet Test to Verify Connectivity or Identify Issues Communicating with the Mail Server. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
