The following are the top reasons why paper jams occur: To resolve this issue, perform the following: unsupported paper/media is used Refer to Paper and Paper Tray Specifications , if needed. incorrect paper settings in the tray and/or the print driver Refer to Configure the Paper Tray Settings to Match the Xerox Supported Media Loaded in the Tray , if needed. paper loaded incorrectly and/or paper edge guides not adjusted properly in the tray. humidity and/or paper condition and storage, use a new ream of paper. Make sure that there is no obstruction in the paper path Check for debris and small scraps of paper. Clean the Feed Rollers in the paper tray With a clean, lint-free cloth moistened with water, wipe the feed rollers until they are clean. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
