To add groups: To edit or delete groups: At your computer, open a Web browser In the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then press Enter or Return . In the Embedded Web Server, click Address Book . Click Add Group . For Enter Group Name, enter a name for the group. From the menu, select the group type. To add group members, for Members, click the plus icon ( + ). To add contacts to the group, in the Add Members window, for each contact, select the check box When you are finished, click OK .
