If you cannot remove the obstruction or if the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
Make sure the machine is on a solid level surface that supports the weight of the printer.
One of the trays may not be installed correctly. Open and close the tray from which you are printing.
Check for any power strips, extension cords, or uninterruptable power supplies(UPS), if so check to see if these are making the noise
(These devices are not suggested for use with Xerox Printers).
Reseat Consumables in the device.
There may be an obstruction or debris inside the printer.
