Overview

By default, some personally identifiable information for the logged-in user appears on the control panel touch screen. To suppress the display of login names and completed job details, use the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) page in the Embedded Web Server. In the Embedded Web Server, click Properties > Security > Personalized Information . At the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) page, configure settings as needed. For Login Name, select Show or Hide . For Completed Jobs, select Show or Hide . For Login Name, select Show or Hide . For Completed Jobs, select Show or Hide . Click Apply .
