If there is a jam, clear the jam in the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF). Make Sure the Original is Loaded Correctly. Check the Condition of the Original, Make Sure That the Paper Guides Are Set Correctly, and That There is No Obstruction in the Paper Path. Make Sure the Paper is Supported and Within Specifications for Use With the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF). Clean the Document Feeder Rollers. Replace Automatic Document Feed (DADF) Rollers and Separator. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
