This procedure is also supported by the CareAR Instruct App (Currently Available in US for Mobile Devices Only). On a Mobile Device?  Click on the QR Code for your printer model to access the procedure using CareAR Instruct. On a Computer?  Scan the QR Code for your printer model using your mobile device.                                            Procedure: To resolve the error that appears on the control panel, clear all paper from the paper path. Push down on the rear door release and pull open the door. If paper is jammed in the Fuser, raise both green levers to open the Fuser. To open the paper guide, raise the green handle. Remove any jammed paper from the back of the printer. Close the paper guide on the Fuser. Lower the green levers to their original position. Close the rear door. On a Computer?  Scan the QR Code for your printer model using your mobile device.       On a Mobile Device?  Click on the QR Code for your printer model to access the procedure using CareAR Instruct.
