SMB authentication/SMB scanner-User is locked out. Request System Administrator to cancel lockout. From Active Directory domain controller to which user information is set, select All Programs > Management Tool > Active Directory User and Computer from Start menu. From the left frame of Active Directory User and Computer window, select Active Directory User and Computer , Server > Domain > User to list the user information. From the right frame of Active Directory User and Computer window, right-click the target user and select Properties . From User's Properties window, select Account tab to check the user name in User Logon Name (Windows 2000 or older). Check Flow in Network Related Details. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
