Contact Your Sales Representative/Reseller to Obtain a New Supplies Plan Activation Code You Have 15 Days or Less to Renew Your Supplies Plan/Contract This message displays on the Local UI and the Web UI when the PagePack (Supplies Plan) contract has expired You have 15 days (or less) to enter a new PagePack PIN (Supplies Plan Activation Code) The message will continue to display until a new enhanced PagePack PIN is entered, or the contract expires. The message will display the number of days left on the contract, and will also include the device’s serial number and Supplies Plan Number to use in generating a new PIN, in the event that you renew the contract. To renew the contract or to obtain additional information, contact your Sales Representative/Reseller. NOTE: The device will lose the capability to utilize metered supplies if your PagePack Contract is not renewed. IMPORTANT: The Supply Plan Activation Code or a Plan Conversion Code must be entered in lowercase letters. To enter the Supply Plan Activation Code or Plan Conversion Code: 1 Press the Menu button on the control panel. 2 Select the Information menu. 3 Scroll to, and select Supples Plan Activation. 4 Enter the code obtained in lowercase letters.
