Clear the Paper Jam in Tray 1, 2, 3 or 4. Ensure the Paper is Within Specification. Make Sure the Paper Tray Guides are Against the Edges of the Paper and Locked Into Position, if Using a Standard Size Paper. Make Sure the Paper is Not Loaded Above the Maximum Fill Line in the Paper Tray. Make Sure the Paper Tray Settings are Properly Configured and Adjust, as Required. Flip the Paper Over and Flex the Paper in the Required Paper Tray(s). Ensure the Paper Moisture Content Level is Not Too High or Too Low. Use a New Ream of Paper. Perform a Software Reset. Power Off the Printer, Wait Two Minutes, then Power On the Printer. Replace the Feed Rollers. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
