Overview

For additional information, click on  Clear the Paper Jam in the Document Feeder. For additional information, click on  Clean the Document Feed Rollers. For additional information, click on  Perform a Software Reset or a Power Off and On of the Printer, as Required. Lift the lever and open the Top Cover of the feeder, and then lift up the Document Cover. Manually feed the sheet of cardstock (heavyweight paper) through the Document Feeder to dislodge any blockage. Close both covers and try your job again. If the problem persists, continue with the next step.
