Overview

The YSoft Local User Interface (LUI) logged out automatically without "Continue Working" screen displayed during user interaction. Go to the YSoft Admin Website in the Users Tab. Locate the user you logged in with when the problem was observed and select the Wrench icon to see the properties. View the properties to perform the appropriate action: If Use custom settings for this user is displayed   change the Terminal Inactivity Timeout to a larger number. If Use settings from cost center is displayed: Select the Cost Centers tab near the top of the window Select the Wrench  icon for the Default Cost Center Change the Terminal Inactivity Timeout to a larger number. If Use custom settings for this user is displayed   change the Terminal Inactivity Timeout to a larger number. If Use settings from cost center is displayed: Select the Cost Centers tab near the top of the window Select the Wrench  icon for the Default Cost Center Change the Terminal Inactivity Timeout to a larger number. Select the Cost Centers tab near the top of the window Select the Wrench  icon for the Default Cost Center Change the Terminal Inactivity Timeout to a larger number. Select the Use default values for all cost center members checkbox. Select Save changes .
