Overview

For additional information, click on  Perform a Software Reset or a Power Off and On of the Printer, as Required.   Make sure the fax phone line is securely connected to the fax line jack on the machine The phone line plugs into the Line jack on the machine Disconnect and reconnect the phone line. Make sure the phone line is securely connected to the wall jack Disconnect and reconnect the phone line from the wall jack, if possible.
