Remove Paper and Other Obstructions From the Paper Path. Ensure the Paper is Within Specification. Make sure the paper tray guides are against the edges. Make sure the Paper Tray Settings are properly configured and adjust, as required. Use a new ream of paper. Perform a Software Reset.
