Note: This problem affects a specific lot of Toner Cartridges sold in North America manufactured for the AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer Only sold configuration Magenta bottles with code W5 2276 XX:YY where XX:YY is between 12:00 and 15:38 are impacted. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance. Replace the Magenta Toner Cartridge with a new cartridge. Note: To receive credit for incorrect sold toner customers may contact the phone number on the invoice received with the toner. There is also a prompt on the general supplies line for returning billed supplies. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
