Finsher Tamper will come back home before the Ejector fully moves/pushes it's sheet to the Bin1 Output Tray This causes the front or rear Tamper Arm to hit the sheet causing it to mis-stack severely This in turn will cause all subsequent sheets to mis-stack in the output tray until the machine jams or the sheets begin to fall on the floor. Restart (Reboot) the Printer Upgrade System (Printer) Software / Firmware to the Latest Version If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
