Clear the paper jam behind Door B Ensure the paper being used is within specifications for the printer. Make sure the paper tray guides are seated properly and that the paper is not loaded bove the maximum fill line. The guides must be against the edges of the paper loaded in the tray The guides should be locked into position if using a standard paper size. Make sure the tray settings are configured correctly. Try a new ream of paper, or flip the paper over in the tray and try again. Power the printer off, wait two minutes, and then power on. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
