The One or More of the Addresses are Invalid message during a Scan to Email operation occurs when the SMTP Server has refused the connection because either the Recipient Email or the Printers Sending Email address is invalid, restricted or entered incorrectly. Make Sure the Recipients Email Address is Entered Correctly. Make Sure the Email Address on the Address Book Contact Card is Entered Correctly. Make Sure SMTP Settings are Configured Correctly. Make Sure a Scan can be Sent to an External Email Address Outside of the SMTP Server Domain. Set Device Hostname in the DNS Settings of the Embedded Web Server. Set a Valid Domain Name in the DNS Settings of the Embedded Web Server. Make Sure the From Address and Machine Email Address Used by the Device Match. Power the Machine Off and Back On. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
