NOTE : If the problem persists and the job(s) reappears, ask your Network Administrator to check the network print server queue. Remove the Ethernet cable and cancel the job(s) from the control panel, Power the Printer OFF and then Back ON . leaving the Ethernet cable out. If the problem persists, Perform a Software Reset . If the job status no longer displays the job(s), reseat the Ethernet cable and check the job status again. Perform a Manual On-Demand Image Overwrite .
