Overview

LED on Card Reader flashes green rapidly   This indicates a valid card swipe is in the process of authentication on the server.  Check that no secondary PIN is required If there is no secondary PIN required, the UI should be unlocked.   If no secondary PIN is required it indicates normal operation of the hardware Check Secure Access is installed correctly and configuration at the server If secondary PIN is required, enter the PIN using the soft key on UI Features should now be available If the UI is still locked check Secure Access is installed correctly and configuration at the server
