Overview

Access the  Embedded Web Server. Select the  Properties  tab. Select  Apps . Select  Email . Select  Setup . Select the  Required Settings  tab. Select  Edit  across from  From Field . Enter the Email Address to be used with this machine into the  Default From Address  field. NOTE : The From Address will appear as the Sending Email address on outgoing email messages sent from the Printer Some SMTP Servers may require a valid Email address be entered into this field to properly send the message. Select  Save  to save changes. Return to the  Required Settings  tab of  Email Setup . Select  Edit  across from SMTP. Select the  Required Information  tab. Enter the same email address used for the Default from Address into the  Device Email Address  field. Select  Save  to save changes.
