Follow All Jam Clearance Instructions Displayed on the Touch Screen Remove Paper and Other Obstructions From the Paper Path Flip the Paper Over and Flex the Paper in the Required Paper Tray(s) Ensure the Paper is Within Specification Software Reset of All Software or a Power Off and Back On of the Printer is Required Make Sure the Paper Tray Guides are Against the Edges of the Paper and Locked Into Position, if Using a Standard Size Paper Use a New Ream of Paper Make Sure the Paper Tray Settings are Properly Configured and Adjust, as Required Replace the Second (2nd) Bias Transfer Roller
