Open the front door and power off the printer with second power switch inside the printer. If applicable, power off the network controller, Fiery or FeeFlow. Unplug the printer power cord, wait 1 minute, and then plug the power cord back in. Power on the printer with the switch inside the printer, leave the front door open and then power on with the switch on the Control Panel. When promted on the Touch Screen, close the front door. If applicable, power on the network controller.
