Clear any paper jam on the UI. If jam media is laying flat, not bent or crinkled clean from area 2b to 2f that has paper dust Refer to Clear Paper Jams Inside the Press . Switch the power Off then On Refet to Power Off the Press, Wait 5 Minutes, and Then Power On the Press . Check for out of spec paper Refer to Paper Specifications (Trays 1- 7 ). If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
