Make sure the printer is placed on a level, solid, non-vibrating surface. Remove the tray. Push the duplex unit latch to open the duplex unit. Remove the jammed paper. Note : Make sure that all paper fragments are removed. Insert the tray. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
