Symptoms
UAG is configured to query a RADIUS server and prompt for MFA.After upgrade to 2306, the authentication fails (Client gets "Access denied").With 2303 and below, we experience no problems.
Purpose
To highlight a change in Unified Access Gateway 2306 that may impact Radius Authentication with token
Cause
Radius 2-factor auth is failing during next token code authentication .This matter is now resolved in UAG 2306.1Unified Access Gateway 2306.1 Release NotesUAG-9655: RADIUS authentication sometimes prompts for password multiple times to complete the authentication
Impact / Risks
Radius authentication via UAG may fail after an upgrade to 2306 dependent on your configuration.
