The initial configuration of a new replication job fails in Cloud Director Availability with the error: Operation aborted due to an unexpected error In the Replication Tasks view, you see similar messages: Failed to delete independent disk C4 xxxxxxIndependent disk C4 xxxxxx was not found In the /opt/vmware/h4/cloud/log/cloud.log file on the Cloud Replication Management Appliance, you see entries similar to: 2020-12-16 12:37:01.183 ERROR - [ca51b9f7-ce43-4575-8df7-3e8d8a01516a-LM-CN] [task-poller-4] com.vmware.h4.cloud.job.C4BaseJob : vCD task urn:vcloud:task:531eb2d0-798b-4db8-bbe7-fba56029c7f6 failed. This issue occurs due to a storage capacity reporting issue in vCenter Server that causes Cloud Director to show a negative used capacity value.
This issue is resolved in vCenter Server 6.7 Update 3J, available at VMware Downloads.
