This issue is caused when the Microsoft Print To PDF printer driver missing in the agent.To create a virtual printer, the agent relies on the existing Microsoft Print To PDF printer driver.Note: The driver may be available if the Microsoft Print To PDF printer was previously installedReference: Printing From a Remote Desktop or Published Application (HTML5)
To resolve this issue, install Microsoft Print To PDF printer in the agent:Go to the control panel and turn on Microsoft Print To PDF in the Windows Features setting.Note: The Microsoft Print To PDF printer can be removed once the driver is configured as we are reliant on the Driver.
