Symptoms
Send keys CTRL-ALT-DEL does not work on Windows Guest OS for any Virtual Machine
Cause
After the upgrade of ESXi 6.7.0 Update 2 (Build 13006603) when the CTRL-ALT-DEL send to VM may not work on Firefox or Chrome.
Impact / Risks
Unable to log-into the Virtual Machine
Resolution
Update the ESXi host off of ESXi 6.7 U2 to ESXi 6.7U3 and above.
Workaround
To address this problem use one of these workaround options:1. CTRL + ALT + WINDOWS KEY + DEL 2. Download the VMware remote console and then send the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys to the Virtual Machine.3. Need to browse the vCenter either by using the Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer
