You see VMs stuck in Inconsistent state on vCloud Director.
This issue is caused by altering the VM in vCenter, which make the VM state different then what is recorded in the vCloud database, causing vCloud to put it into a inconsistent state.
To resolve this issue: Find a VM in Inconsistent state.Right-click on the VM and click Properties.Note the name found under the vSphere.Log in to the vCenter Server.Find the VM with the name found in step 3.Right-click on the VM in vCenter Server and click Power > Shutdown Guest OS or Power Off.On vCloud, right-click on the VM and click Power On.
