Guest Introspection service > Installation status shows as Succeeded.Guest Introspection service > Service Status reports Warning: Guest Introspection service not ready.GI VMs alarm shows an error similar to: Guest Introspection SAM USVM Heartbeat statusIn the /var/log/syslog.log file of the affected host, you see an error similar to: (EPSEC) Could not identify the USVM for the MuxEventHandler, health status cannot be sent.ICMP communication between the NSX Manager and the GI VM fails.
This issue occurs when the Guest Introspection VM is unable to communicate with the NSX Manager on TCP port 5671 (Heartbeat).
