Please confirm that you are running version 9.5 Update 3 (build 9.5.0.1536) or later prior to upgrading. You can check this under Help | About in Veeam Backup & Replication console. To upgrade from earlier versions, please contact our Customer Support. After upgrading, your build number will be 10.0.0.4461.

Be sure to review the upgrade check list section of the Release Notes document closely prior to upgrading. If you are a Veeam Cloud Connect tenant, please contact your service provider to confirm that you can upgrade to Veeam Backup & Replication 10.
