For most commands, you can disable locking with the "-lock=false" │ flag, but this is not recommended. ``` ### Expected Behavior When I press Ctrl+C on the variable value input prompt, I can restart the same command with no issues. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Any configuration with the remove backend 2. Have a variable that is not set 3. Run plan or apply 4.
