Using Lists V2 in UI15 and UI16, with glide.ui.goto.contains = true In listview, using GoTo search: 1) Searching choices whose values are text strings, uses "contains" which works. 2) For some fields, where choices are integers and labels are text strings, uses >= (which works -- displays correct values ) 3) For some fields, where choices are integers and labels are text strings, uses "contains" which doesn't work (returns nothing) (Other tables affected: scoped apps, enhancement, defect, story, problem)
Tested in Helsinki Patch 9, 9a, Istanbul Patch 5 Add the system properties "glide.ui.goto_use_contains" true/false value:true 1) then go to incident list in the goto status New comes back as active=true^state contains New nothing is displayed 2) in the goto status new comes back as active=true^state contains new nothing is displayed 3) add state to the list in the goto state 1 active=true^state>=New, New and all records greather than are showing. 4) add incident state to the list in the goto incident state New active=true^incident state>=New, New and all records greather than are showing. 5) in the goto incident state new active=true^incident_state contains new , no records are displayed. 6) add incident state to the list in the goto incident state 1 active=true^incident state>=New, New and all records greather than are showing. Note: From the client (Other tables affected: scoped apps, enhancement, defect, story, problem)
There is no known workaround. Users can continue to search correctly using the list column header or by editing the search filter (breadcrumb).
