When using Chrome, you cannot select a variable when creating a report if the Chrome pop-up blocker is enabled.
Create a report on the Requested Item [sc_req_item] table. Choose a report type that supports grouping or stacking, such as Bar. Under Group by or Stack by, select Variables. The pop-up window to select the variable does not appear.
This is expected behaviour by design. As a workaround, disable pop-up blockers in your browser.
