Translated HTML field renders html as plain text in CMS.
Go to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Categories > Software. Right-click the Description label and select Configure Dictionary. Change the type from Translated Text to Translated HTML. Update the content to include html (for example, add bullets). Go to https://demonightlyus.service-now.com/ess/order_software.do. Notice the html tags are rendered as plain text:
This issue occurs as a result of changing the data type of a column, which is not supported. The fix is to revert back to the original data type. Only plain text is supported in the Category Description field.
