With the walkup experience configured as a record producer, the reason for the visit does not honor the order configured in the respective Walkup location. Steps to Reproduce 1. Access any instance. 2. Set up a record producer with the variable set "sn_walkup_variable_set". 3. Navigate to the portal to observe the variable "reason" populated. 4. Eg: from OOB, considering the location "Santa Clara Tech lounge", the reasons "Something is not working" has order 200, and "other" has "10,000" Expected behavior: The reason "Something is not working" should show first like in the walkup portal. Actual behavior: The reason "Other" shows first, as in the walkup portal.
The workaround would be to use the wu_m2m_location_queue_reason table and add ref_ac_order_by=order in the variable attributes field. And change the query to "javascript: 'sys_idIN' + new sn_walkup.testWalkUpUtil().fetchReasonConfig(current.variables.wu_location).map(function (a){return a.sysId})"
