MAINT only plugins available for Customer ADMIN users to install in PROD but not in SUB PROD instance. ! Customers should refrain from installing a MAINT only plugin while being in an ADMIN only context as it can lead to data loss on the instance ! For maint only plugins, the plugins should not be accessible to admin roles (even if they are entitled in production). For the Subprod instance, the entitlement is set to "not applicable" and so such a plugin is not displayed on the UI, which is the correct behavior. Steps to Reproduce ++++ PROD ++++ 1. Hop onto any PROD instance and impersonate as ADMIN user 2. Search for below MAINT-ONLY plugins [could be more MAINT-only plugins] in Application Manager >> Plugins are not expected to be shown in the search result nor should admins be able to install them Domain Extensions Installer [com.glide.domain.msp_extensions.installer] Mobile Now Assist Search [com.glide.sg.now_assist_search] ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer [com.glide.hub.integrations.professional] 3. Search for the above plugins on the v_plugin [LIST view] >> Plugins are not expected to be shown in the search result ++++ SUBPROD ++++ 1. Hop onto any SUBPROD instance and impersonate as ADMIN user 2. The only workaround at this time is to get a MAINT user to review sub-prod's, once fixed also for prod's these plugins should no longer show for ADMIN users. If the activation/update happened in production happened in production and you cloned (after waiting for the nightly backup to be taken) then sub-production will have the same exact application/plugin versions installed.
