Sold product records associated with a Product offering linked to Product specification, aren’t displayed in the Sold Products related list of Account - Case view after upgrading to Washington DC.
In the Vancouver instance, perform the following steps Create a Product Offering with Product specification field filled in. Associate Product Offering with a Sold Product. Navigate to Account form in UI 16 and change the view to Case. Result : The Sold Products related list displays the new sold product. Now upgrade the instance to Washington DC Navigate to Account form in UI 16 and change the view to Case. Result : The Sold Products related list does not show the sold product that is created.
Navigate to the Account form in UI 16 and change the view to Case. Right click on the header and select Configure->Related Lists. Replace the fifth related list named "Sold Products" with the related list from left hand side of slush bucket with name "Sold Product->Account". Currently, this issue has been fixed in the following versions, please upgrade to the any of the below fixed version to get the permanent fix. Yokohama Xanadu Patch 1 Washington DC Patch 7
