During the upgrade to Washington, if your instance has installed the plugin "com.glide.cs.genai", some records in the sys_one_extend_builder_capability table may get deleted, and this causes problems with Skill Search. The issue happens sporadically. Steps to Reproduce 1. Set up Now Assist on Vancouver to include com.glide.cs.genai plugin 2. Upgrade to Washington DC 3. Install/upgrade store apps Expected: The right OE Builder Capability records should be present Actual: Sometimes they are deleted
There's a fix in place on washingtondc-patch4 and onward. Subscribe to this Known Error article to receive notifications when more information will be available. Meanwhile as a workaround repair the plugin (com.glide.cs.genai). That will bring back the missing records.
