In some environments, you may be unable to successfully discover a device using Credential-less discovery. An error will be present in the pattern logs "Duplicate Payload Items"
We do not have specific steps to reproduce this issue on demand, but the workaround in this article should be tried if you are receiving this error.
A fixed pattern is available to use before it is pushed out in a future Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns store release, please follow the steps below: 1. Navigate to the sa_pattern table list 2. Right-click the list header and select Import XML 3. Upload the attached xml file (sa_pattern_e7c09ff7c73332003f199c569b97639c.xml) Once applied, please test credential-less discovery again, the IRE issue should no longer occur. Please note, if you are viewing this article and there is value in the "Fixed In" list below, please update the store plugin instead of applying this workaround. If you still run into errors after installing the fixed pattern, please raise a case and we will assist.
