JS Errors or Warnings on the community content page. The community content page is currently displaying multiple JS errors or warnings, which is negatively impacting the user experience. These errors obstruct the visibility of the page content and require manual closure by the user.
Pre-requisites Change persona field mapping of Email profile field to a table other than the Community Profiles [sn_communities_profile] table. Open Persona Field Mappings table. Open persona field mapping record for Email profile field. Change Source Value Table to User[sys_user]. Change Source User Field to Sys ID. Procedure 1. In your instance, log in as a community admin/moderator. 2. Open any content, except event content type, authored by other users. 3. JS warnings are logged in the Log table . 4. (As system admin) Search with ‘com.glide.script.RhinoEcmaError: Cannot read property "email" from undefined’ in the message column. 5. Open the log record and you will see the warning as shown below. If same user is impersonated, errors are shown on the page as shown below. Note: This happens on all the content pages except for event content type.
