Issue: When attempting to impersonate an external user in the mobile apps (i.e. with snc_external role), you receive an "Error Impersonating User" error. Steps to Reproduce 1. Create a user with snc_external 2. Login to Now Mobile or Mobile agent with a user that can impersonate (i.e. admin) 3. Attempt to impersonate the user created in step 1 4. Observe "Error Impersonating User" message
