Search in Project Workspace is disabled when UX Banner loaded The issue is not related to the banner. The issue is on Project workspace page. It is CSS issue on empty state. Steps to Reproduce a. Create a UX Banner Announcement https://<instance name>.service-now.com/sys_ux_banner_announcement.do?sys_id=9489ad53db952550983e7d62f39619d5 that is pointing to "Unified Navigation" https://<instance name>.service-now.com/sys_ux_banner_announcement_config.do?sys_id=36aefd8153223010f296ddeeff7b12e9 b. Go to Project Workspace https://<instance name>.service-now.com/now/workspace/project/home c. Observe when banner is not loading yet, you can perform search d. Observe once banner loaded, search is disabled Workaround 1. Hop to instance with issue 2. In the Navigation Menu > UI Builder 3. Under 'My experiences', go to Display name = 'Project Workspace' 4. Change scope from Global to Project Workspacece, click Apply 5. In the content section (left panel), click on 'Project Data Driven Tabs' 6. In the Data driven tabs (right panel), click on the small square beside 'Project Tabs default' -page will refresh 7. In the content section (left panel), click on 'Empty State Container(Flex)' 8. 'Styles' will show on up (right panel), toggle the 'View and edit CSS' button (bottom) 9. Under 'External Layer, click on 'Edit CSS' -Edit CSS for the external layer pop-up window will open 10. Update the script to keep width only, click 'Apply' { width: 100%; }
