Clicking Content item does not open URL in new browser window if the content item is in scope "Human Resources: Core" Steps to Reproduce 1. create content item in scope "Human Resources: Core" name = "Test HR" content type = external content target - new window/tab url = https://www.google.com 2. impersonate ITIL User. 3. Go to the ESC portal https://<instance>.service-now.com/esc 4. execute search for "Test HR" > see "Test HR" is first in the list of search results (ignore the Genius result) 5. click the link "Test HR" > see that following link is opened: https://<instance>.service-now.com/esc?id=form&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=<sys_id of the content item> It was expected that https://www.google.com would be opened in a new browser window.
Creating the content item in Global scope resolved the issue.
